3、 Job responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute preclinical research and development plans based on the company's strategic objectives.
2. Responsible for IIT (initiated by researchers) clinical trials related to cancer detection technology, including formulation preparation, clinical trial protocol design, and implementation;
3. Dynamically track industry trends both domestically and internationally, participate in research and summary of relevant literature on projects or technology platforms.
4. Writing and application of relevant technical patent materials.
5. Responsible for research and evaluation of pharmacology, toxicology, pharmacokinetics, and other related aspects of new drug projects.
6. Participate in project initiation, participate in the formulation of IND application plans for new drug projects, and participate in the application of local and national research and development projects.
7. Responsible for preparing preclinical research materials required for IND application and participating in the application process;
8. Responsible for managing and optimizing team members, and doing a good job in team development.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
4、 Job requirements:
1. Have at least 3-5 years of experience in drug research and development, clinical trials, or pharmaceutical company management, and have been responsible for preclinical research and development management of at least two innovative drugs, with priority given;
2. Doctoral or above degrees in pharmacy, pharmacy, immunology, and other related fields, with excellent qualifications being eligible for a Master's degree;
3. Possess fluent English speaking and writing skills, and can proficiently read and write Chinese and English literature;
4. Excellent learning, literature search, and interpretation skills;
5. Familiar with the relevant processes of new drug research and development, production, registration, as well as domestic and foreign regulations and guiding principles related to new drug research and development or related patents;
6. Excellent organizational and communication coordination skills, as well as written and oral expression skills, excellent management and execution abilities;
7. Strong subjective initiative, stress resistance, and enterprising spirit
